Blue Rocks, Nova Scotia
BLUE ROCKS, Nova Scotia, last month. Trying to describe this part of the world is like trying to describe god to a world without religion. They have the largest tidal shifts in the world (almost fifty feet in places), which makes the landscapes seem otherworldly at low tidal. Imagine Moses parting the Red Sea every twelve hours and you start to get a sense of how dramatic the tides are around the Bay of Fundy. Fantastic. Love Canada.
